Pricing & Fees
At M & M we bill in 10-month increments. The only prorated month is August of each year. Each month after is the same. All pricing is based on the location and frequency. Because we schedule and customize each ride to each client, we ask that you complete the registration form or request a quick quote. There is a discounted rate for weekly travel and school group travel. Please contact us if you require weekly and school group travel.

Annual Registration Fee
There is an annual NON-REFUNDABLE Membership Fee $150 per family or $75 individually is required per calendar year (Aug- May).
There is a summer camp NON-REFUNDABLE Membership Fee of $50 June-July.
WAITING LISTS ARE SECURED BY THE REGISTRATION FEE AND ARE PLACED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.
We require prepayment for all services. Invoicing will be sent electronically on a bi- weekly and monthly basis.
*For accounts not paid by the due date will be assessed a $10 late fee on Tuesday, $15 on Wednesday. If account is not paid in full by, midnight Wednesday services will be suspended, unless prior arrangements has been made.
New customers will have their accounts pro-rated from the start of services to the end of services that month. We accept most major credit cards for your convenience, CASH APP or ZELLE. We DO NOT accept cash payments.
Cancellation
You are required to give a 2-week notice, if you should decide that our service doesn’t fit your families need. Failure to do so will require you to pay your weeks out. If you are dismissed from services and are found to be in violation of our policy, you forfeit any prepaid services.
Wait/Late Fee
A $10 wait fee will be applied to accounts for waits over 10 minutes past scheduled pickup time.
Vacation
There is a $25 seat retainer fee applied to contractual accounts. Any accounts suspended for more than a week will be subject to the full rate starting the second week. Any account where no contact or notice is given for 2 weeks or more will have
services cancelled.
Discounts
Multiple child accounts are given a 10% discount.
Tips
Our drivers provide excellent services to our clients. If at any time you feel that you would like to show your appreciation, you may add a tip to your payment. Please note in the comment box or email the drivers name is and/or list your child’s vehicle number.

prior to increase.
